When females orgasm, there's alot of pressure on the bladder and urethra that's suddenly relieved, thus the urge to pee. Combined with a weak bladder / urethra, it's entirely possible that she would piss on you.

Does this make it ok? Not really.. Tell her to do situps / crunches to get stronger abs, which help with bladder control.
