It's most likely an ingrown hair.. I had one for 9 months that was like the size of a pea.. I tried to excize it unsuccessfully many times. Then one day after boning my chick, I went into the bathroom to clean up, and BOOM, that fucker was under so much pressure it shot me in the eye- TRUE story.

It was nasty as hell- I doubt what you have is an STD.. Probably just an ingrown hair.

Yeah a couple times I've had an ingrowing hair from shaving down there and it's come up in a pea sized lump.... I usually just attack it with a sharp knife then it goes away..... you could try that.

i agree with ingrown hair, don't worry to much man.

Seeing a doctor couldn't hurt if you have other symptoms though.
