No, it doesn't. Dog's sense of smell is comparable to a sharpshooter's sense of sight. A man I respect once beat the dogs by first, vacuum sealing, then getting cattle veterinary syringes and storing it in those. Airtight is the way to go. Vet syringe=airtight=good. If you're talking about airports, don't even bother. The penalties are so ridicolous, it's not even worth the risk.

Food in the car will also throw off dogs, but there are cues dogs are taught by trainers that can set off a positive even if they don't smell anything.

I suggest dressing well and using a nondescript car when transporting, and remember, if pulled over, you are always on the way to urgent care at your doctor's clinic. Preferably something involving your ass, and blood. No one likes blood,especially in the anal area.

Concealing stuff, just double-plastic bagged, and maybe spray it with a tiny bit of deodorant stuff. If there are dogs, don't have drugs on you simple as that. Airports are not worth trying to get through, just buy some when you get wherever you're going.
