I've watched some of the last few that were held in Penticton. Can't see myself competing anytime soon though.

Mmmm... I'm going to be competing within the next three years. I could probably do it now, but I want to make sure I'm outta college before I book any huge trips to Hawaii.

My dad has done 2 or those, maybe three of them. And he's done several triathalons equivalent to 1/2 of one Iron Man (great for preparation)

He loved it. He was like, 45 when he did his first one. Lucky

Anyone know why the swimming amount is so unproportional?

Probably because it's anaerobic?

Mufasa09 · #9 2007-04-28, 04:48

I suck at swimming. I only know how to breaststroke. Ironman would kick my ass.
