So i went to the dentist today and got my wisdom teeth removed, he prescribed me 7.5mg hydrocodone bitartrate with ibuprofen 200mg, what do you think, should i complain about pain and try to get something more powerful? and how many pills for a good high?

No definitely don't complain or they will assume you're just trying to get drugs. Especially if you are fairly young. I know people that have only gotten Tylenol 3's for wisdom tooth removal. Vicodin 5's are fairly common, so 7.5's with a mere 200 ibuprofen is GREAT. Be happy, and enjoy. Hope you don't feel too much pain from your teeth (or what use to be your teeth anyway...)

You could try, but you probably won't get anything stronger. It's worth a shot though. 3-4 of those will have you nice and high.

If you have no tolerance it would be more like 2 - 3, 4 if you like to get REALLY fucked up, have a high natural tolerance, or are a big person. And, I really don't think it's worth a try. Especially if you don't think they are going to give you anything better. That's a waste of both of your times. And if you haven't gotten all your teeth out, you can say goodbye to getting anything decent for your other teeth.
EDIT: How many did he give you? And if you're 19 they are pretty much going to assume you're scamming for pills no matter what. That's just the way these things go. Unless he wrote you a script to like 5 - 10 of the pills, I don't think going back in a few days would be a good idea.

He gave me 20 pills, I was thinking about going back maybe on monday and saying im still in a shitload of pain and my pills are gone. The guy seemed to like me, he was telling me about all the drugs they use on me to put me out and whatnot. I think its worth a shot, the worst that can happen is they'll say no.

Have you gotten ALL your teeth out? Do you plan on going to this dentist in the future for anything they might have to write you a script for? If you plan on needed scripts from this dentist in the future, don't ruin your chances of getting anything good. Especially since what you've got is pretty much the best thing you could hope for, honestly. And so you're going to go back in on Monday, and say what, that you ate more then 6 pills a day? If you ate 1 pill every 6 hours, and were up 24 hours a day, that's only 18 pills, you'd still have 2 left. And honestly, your pain from wisdom teeth should be gone in 4 days anyway. If it isn't they are going to assume you have dry sockets and make you come back in for a check up. If you don't have dry sockets when they check you, they'll tell you to take ibuprofen.

oh, ok. I did get all my teeth out so I probably wont be seeing this guy in the future and even if something did go wrong and I had to see another oral surgeon there are always like 2 or 3 more in town i could go to. And its only been about 6 hours since my surgery and to tell you the truth in not really in that much pain, cept i cant feel my face so thats probably why, but anyways thanks for the advice guys I appreciate it.

Well, does the bottle say take 1 - 2 every 4 - 6 hours as needed for pain? If so, let's assume you sleep 8 hours a night. That means over the course of the next 3 days, you could eat a maximum of 24 pills. So you could technically ask if you think it's a good idea.

Don't tell him you're still in pain, but find some nasty or semi-nasty side effect of Hydro that say, Oxy doesn't have and go all pussy-shit about it. They'll always be willig to switch you off a drug giving you more problems than you have.
