Anyways the deal is ive been smokin dope since I was 16 , Iam 19 now. Anyways no matter what happends I always fucking COUGH MY FUCKING LUNGS UP expecialy first hit. I know iam smoking it right. I take all the cone , And cough like a dog... I donno why the fuck why. What am I doing wrong ? Its actualy embarrasing. Help me! why the fuck do I always cough.

You could be taking too big of a hit, every time. You could just NEED a break from smoking. After 3 years of smoking 7 times a day, daily (sometimes up to an ounce of chronic every 3 days) I coughed so hard every time I smoked that I would literally sometimes vomit from coughing. OR, it could just be a killer bong. I've had bongs that MAKE people cough before, no matter what.

why is it coughing a bad thing? i still cough up a lung after a good bong rip. i'd be scared if i didn't haha..

Actually, if you can stand it, coughing helps get you higher. It helps open the bronchioles, allowing more THC absorption. AND, it helps stir the air up in your lungs, helping to get old smoke out and allow new smoke in. (Ever seen someone burp up smoke a while after smoking? In can get trapped deep in your lungs. The human body is a weird thing)

I always assumed that when you burp up smoke it's because you swallowed the smoke, making it go down the other tube...Do you actually know that or do you just believe it to be true?

I suppose that is a possibility, but I've seen people cough up smoke a while after smoking as well (If they cough hard enough) I do know that people don't breathe out all the air in their lungs with each breath. Here's a way to tell, take a normal breath and then exhale the normal amount. Then try and exhale even more, you'll notice you can get quite a lot more air out of your lungs. However, I do know that coughing will help open your lungs and allow you to get higher.

lol @ "trapped deep in your lungs". That isn't what happens. It goes down your esophagus (if that's the right one) and down into your stomach I think, if it's just not straight down the gastrointestinal tract. It will pass through your gastrointestinal system and sometimes give you a stomach ache. Don't believe me? Swallow a huge hit and youll have a stomach ache soon enough.
