Default Spiritual and Sexual, the mind/body split.

This may not sound as coherent as I'd want it to, but I've been observing the people around me for quite some time. I'm caught up in 3 places for 70 hours a week until the end of this week (its been a long 6 months) What I think I have realized is that the human mind itself is the greatest barrier to our freedom to be sexual, natural beings.

I notice some people always chasing something. Always chasing more booze, always chasing more cars, more money, more shit they don't really need. Craving, it is something in the mind. Now, consider a relationship. What is a relationship? Define relationship. What it is, is a product of the mind. Now let's keep clear here that the body is something real, the breathing, the fresh air, sexual desire for a woman and the natural foods that keep us healthy, all LIFE. Where the mind comes in is the poison that we have actually fallen complete victim to.

A relationship is, and I don't care what anybody says anymore, nothing but a fantasy created by the mind. A promise for something that can be broken, a grasping at something that can fall apart. Now, the mind is never truly in the present moment because in the present moment, there exists no mind. Read that again a few times. Sex, at least good sex, is something in the moment. We aren't thinking much during sex, just like the musician isnt thinking when hitting the right notes or the basketball player is making his shot. It's NATURE we follow then, not the mind.

Now it's funny how we see guys wanting sex and women saying "no sex until relationship" even funnier, is when they set up "rules" like one of my ex "no sex for the first 6 months" who ended up fucking me a week later, and then every single day after that. What this tells me is women are a little more afraid to let go, due to their feminine nature... let go of the mind that is. Mind is kind of like our security, our protection. It's helped us survive but it has also damned us in so many ways. So we agree with WORDS, yes, I will "go out" with you and you, me.... which are only vague, inconsistent symbols of reality that we've created with the mind. "Bad" relationships dont last because they were never real to begin with. "Good" ones last because the two people are with the moment, present, not identified with the mind so much.

I walked down the street and saw something that reminded me of the feelings of resentment in relationships. A little teenage girl shouting at a boy "I LOVE YOU" in a demanding tone, as he said in a sad voice "I love you too" so she would shut up, and they parted ways. He then scratched his head, looked around in shame and embarassment, and she walked her fat little ass up the street content that she now had the security of thinking an experience in the present moment will carry on tomorrow and the next day. But WAIT! That IS the mind's nature, to always be outside of the moment. Do you see what I am saying?

I look some women dead in the eye and see what stops them and me from communicating is the barriers due to the conditioning of the mind. When there is no mind, there is sexual desire, we want to fuck. When even a single thought comes up, she looks the other way, the guy gets confused, and boom, the temple falls down, there is no communication. The mind has taken over the body, so we go along our ways of buying shit/working/trying to get higher or drunker... chasing nothing but dreams, rich men puffing cigars, poor men puffing newports. There is no difference! The same mind in different bodies (Maybe this is why they say we are all one mind). all the mind seeking more and more and more.

Now I can never take relationships or marriage seriously. Especially marriage. It is the biggest sham of all time, if you dont see it this way, well maybe you should meet some of the couples I have met. It is a fantasy once again, a constricting one that we allow to control our lives, and this is where the misery comes from, OUR OWN MIND. Not reality, just our false thinking. We condition ourselves to these thoughts when in truth our bodies and our sexual desires for other people change every single moment, eternally, just like EVERYTHING ELSE IN THE UNIVERSE, which we are part of.

I think people have really lost touch with their simplicity. And when I chew mushrooms, I realize, the lesson has been taught and I cannot gain anything from them further. Life is perfect, reality is an amazing, beautiful experience, but our minds are something completely unreal, tools that we have allowed to become more than just tools, to the point of misery. I see people around me waking up though.

Not having time for a relationship these long months and observing those who do and dont has taught me VERY much about different mindsets. I now realize, I dont want a relationship at all, and if I dare get into one, I will be lying to her the whole time and pretending to promise that I will only want her. I may even end up "cheating" on her or breaking up without a hitch. The reason is Im not as attached to these things, while they are. To some that may sound VERY asshole-ish, but in reality, I guess thats just how I feel.... Women, no matter what, unless they are VERY sharp will never understand this. This is why guys "play" and "cheat" it's not that theyre assholes, its the communication barrier, its the mind and body split and it gets so bad that it causes murder. Murder! For fantasy!

I'm just writing this to make clear that the reason I have not given sex to any women lately is because they are speaking in mixed tongue to me. A married woman at my job is turned on by me but turns her head away, because of her mind. I look her dead in the eyes and see a divided person. "Whats up." "you workin tomorrow?" "same shit different day" "how old are you" "what school did you go to".... Absolutely stupid fucking pointless conversation we hear everywhere. Pay close attention to the TONE of voice, not the words. Other girls who want to have sex try to strike up conversation but cant even say 3 words before getting nervous and flaking out. We have been so conditioned that its pathetic, we cannot even communicate anymore.

It's this mind, the human mind ITSELF is the barrier, the disease, the cause of premature ejaculation, "cheating", "relationship", "marriage"... remember that WE created words, but we were here BEFORE words existed. To realize this is to look deeper at yourself and those around you. Someone invented this, and we have completely conformed to this fantasy of the mind, which is language. It makes you not hate Hitler or Jack the Ripper, it just makes you think... fantasies of the infinite mind expressing themselves on the chalkboard of life. But the whole time they've been nothing more than fantasies.

It is not until you break apart from the mind that you are able to observe the minds of others in their essence. It is the same as yours, but to not identify with it is to know it completely. The disease that plagues us all, the problem with this world, the cause of all of this suffering is in our own minds.

So to sum the thread up, the original poster is bitter because he can't have no strings attached casual sex.

Edit:

And for my commentary on the thread, you use the phrase "I've been observing people around me," which in this context indicates you have no relationship experience whatsoever or you've had really shitty relationships. Casual sex is very common and even the ugliest of people can get it, so I suggest putting yourself out there. For me it has become completely fruitless and demeaning, but whatever floats your boat.

Also, I really find no reason to be putting down the human mind when you're using yours to develop this little theory of yours. Monogamous relationships come naturally to many of us (I'm not saying all of us because I don't want someone quoting this and saying they're an exception, I don't care) regardless of religious beliefs (throwing that out there for the same reason). Human beings are not just sex. Most of us, excluding the extremely sexually depraved, want to do other things with our lives than just have sex. From an evolutionary perspective, it's only suiting we find a mate with similar interests and desires and wants and needs. Since you seem to be quite cynical, hopefully this scenario will cater to your needs: if we as humans sat around and fucked all day and did nothing else, we wouldn't advance technologically and therefore medically so we could continue living and having sex for longer periods of time. Sex sex sex. So, tell me, do you want to have sex for the physical sensation or do you want to have sex to reproduce and contribute to the species like a good animal? Has anyone here really ever thought to themselves, "I want to have sex specifically to contribute to the species" and meant it?

I understand very much what your saying, I think what you've written is amazing and rings very true, today more than ever.

It's hard to explain one's outlook and thoughts on life, because it is something that has usually been with someone for a long time. And once the meaning is gained and understood by a person, the words that gained the meaning aren't important, and are lost.

"So, tell me, do you want to have sex for the physical sensation or do you want to have sex to reproduce and contribute to the species like a good animal"

Good and bad, up and down, to be born is to suffer through life and death.

This world may be amazing, but it is still suffering. I am NEVER bringing an individual to this planet, and this is what sets me apart.

The thing is I CAN have casual sex, it's easier than you would imagine. What I CANT do is this pretend relationship shit, which every single one of them I meet wants in the end. This creates confusion and me having to feel like "the asshole bad guy" so I avoid it unless Im truly sure she just wants to fuck, by her body language. And the ones around here talk about babies, marriage, and everything I never want to be.

I'm sure when I get out this week I will be hunting some pussy in different areas this summer. Dont think I just worked 70 hour weeks, sacrificing everything I had (mainly to move out of my psychotic parents house) to do it again did you? I do plenty of interesting things with my life, have skills and talents... having a partner is simply not necessary and Im interested in making my entire life a path of keeping my eyes open and steady awareness. Not one women in this city knows what this is like, not one I have met, and I think not one in the world would I want to be around all day, everyday. Too much mind, too little passion for life. It's not their fault though, its just ive been through certain experiences that made me this way. Now see you probably dont like that, and I dont fit your description of a good animal.

Yes I use this mind as a TOOL to relay this to you, I "developed this little theory" through direct observation. That's what you missed. But I stay as far away from this monkey mind that jumps all around as I can in my daily activities. There is a very subtle, deep connection between your thoughts and the world around you. When people get bored and start talking about nothing, what is this boredom? They throw energy...This boredom is the end of mind, which is truly to percieve reality without any illusions, as it is, and most people do not do this, they throw their energy around meaninglessly and look around sighing and wondering why life is what it is. They can never just stop and look at only one thing and now, look! This society has kids on pills for "ADD" at the age of 5! Well no shit, this whole country has fucking ADD!(and there are things you can see in this world that would shake your meaning of life up if you truly pay attention)

People cant observe others and have "good" relationships? What a limited perspective. Should I hang my head in ignorance? Even when I did have relationships, and by dealing with the ones of friends around me (like my friends girls trying to fuck me when theyre not around, as if "relationship" doesnt exist except in the mind no matter HOW much you feel for the person) it felt pretend but I always put that on the backburner, now I realize that was my gut instinct, that it IS pretend. Im not hateful towards it, just open eyed, more detatched. You seem to take it so negatively that someone can think this of the world.

Its not really that Im putting down the human mind, its more like Im saying no matter how serious someone takes themselves, thoughts are infinite fantasies of good and bad, but none of them more real than the other. Hitler and the Pope, are the same mind. They both say different things, just the mind and it's infinite fantasies.

Ill try to reply more to your post later but I have to go to work

Thumbs up Re: Spiritual and Sexual, the mind/body split.

You made no mention of previous relationships, and in your post you only conveyed what you've seen from other people. I'm just trying to make sure you don't think you're unique when you say these things. Do you realize how many men bolt when their girlfriends get pregnant? Every male I'm friends with doesn't want kids now and claims that they never will. That teenage fantasy of fucking a girl and leaving her and jumping from woman to woman each night is unbelievably common. I find it odd but commendable that you've yet to find a woman who wants casual sex and nothing else. I consider that a good thing, because women in general don't want to be fucked and left 5 minutes later. They're not cum dumpsters. They have their own thoughts and feelings and insecurities and emotions and want to know they're not a toy for you and guess what, most people don't like being used. Who'da thunk it? Then you act extremely bitter because a woman won't be your toy. Sickening.

And as a male, the Hollywood stereotype that's been engrained into our upbringings of being like James Bond and fucking a different woman every night is something we in general have come to idolize. Then we get married and complain that we're bored because we have to fuck the same woman for the rest of our lives and bitch and moan and put no creativity into the relationship because that actually requires effort. This doesn't set you apart and only makes me feel sorry for you for having such an absolutely disgusting attitude toward women, especially if it was implanted by your "psychotic" parents when they were raising you.

Umm the reason people want relationships is because it is better for us to find a "mate" and reproduce with them then to just fuck everything that moves. Thus marraige was invented so that relationships would have a sort of sercurity.

Oh and fuck you cheaters are scum.

Hell, man. You're saying all that as if our lives aren't so very, very naturally human.
As if we actually had choices, rediculous!
This entire society is learned, if it collapsed we'd be barbarians again.

You need to relax. Most people are just doing their thing. 'Humaning'.
Sure you can point out the flaws in that, but you can't on the otherhand say they're ignoring their primal instincts. They're acting them out.
You're the one doing more thinking than doing, going against the grain and natural flow of the human animal.

Sex is good, relationships are good, making mistakes is good!
Let go!

You know, no matter how true this is, it doesnt really matter.

I spent heaps of time sitting around contemplating things, and the majority of them are useless, although you could call them deep.

Then I contemplated too far one day and realised I was going to die anyway, so namatter how 'enlightened' I get, or what achievements i make, it all ends in a few decades and doesnt matter.

NOTE: I'm not saying this in an emo tone, on the contrary: its quite positive. Im saying not to be held back by shame, or get bogged down in the last bit of bad news, because it doesnt really matter in the long run

Everyone keeps saying to do this and that because you will/wont be stuck with it for the rest of your life. I say who cares because the rest of your life actually isnt the rest of eternity. At one point the reset button gets pressed and it doesnt matter.

So my conclusion?

just do whats going to make you feel the best inside. That doesnt nescessarily mean be selfish, since that makes you feel guilty which doesnt equal good. Just do what will cause the greatest net fun in the next 70 years of your life.
