lol, jk. True, abs ARE made in the kitchen, but I think if your exaggeration was looked at literally, it would be found completely untrue.
and anyway, anyone else call troll on the OP? I mean, who the fuck doesn't know how to keep a 6 pack without a gym? I always thought the "ab"-focused machines were for women who wanted to "feel good" by using "weight".
And if you, at your club, just did weighted (not sure of "real" names...) trunk twists, etc., a good 45lb weight wouldn't be very expensive at a yard sale.
Anyway, for some real advice: Listen to what everyone has said (watch what you eat, do full-ab exercises), but also be sure to get weighted workouts in for them, if you haven't been already.
P.S.- Someone posted in a thread a little bit back that all ab workouts get all parts (lower middle top). Obviously, the obliques wouldn't be included, but does anyone know if there is any truth behind that?
