Creatine Supplements?
Is there any long term effects that are bad?
Stunts Growth?
Also I have heard that when you stop taking it, your muscle mass goes down.
Could someone either confirm or bust this myth?
Thanks a lot.

Re: Creatine Supplements?
No no no no no no no no no no no.
No negative effects. People are scared, and worse, some will call it a steroid.
Creatine is found naturally in all the meat you eat, and it's already in your body. But you don't see people running around calling protein shakes steroids.
In your muscles, you have ATP. ATP is your muscles main fuel for intense motor recruitment. When your muscles uses up your ATP, it becomes ADP, which you can't use. Creatine converts the ADP back into ADP.
The "muscle mass" that goes away, as some like to claim, is actually water weight you put on. Excess water is stored in your muscles to handle the increase of creatine. This depends though, on what type of creatine you take. Water weight wont be an issue with Creatine Ethyl Ester.

No known side effects.
Of course, cycle it, or your body will stop producing it.
Drink shit tons of water too, you really need it.

Re: Creatine Supplements?
No. No it won't. There is no reason to drink gatorate other than after exercise (or possible before and/or during). Drink water. Drink lots of it. If you're going to drink gatorade, drink it and drink the same amount of water as you would without it.
It's an amino acid. It is the most studied supplement in all of sport supplements, possibly in existence. It's safe.
I personally think it's better to get your creatine from meat, but that's just me. If looking for a product, look for creatine in the name with as few a words around it as possible. It should be dirt cheap and if your paying out the ass, your likely getting ripped off or risking your ass.
