Hi, I don't often post here much but. I'm in need of finding someone or some site that could help me out in doing some pre-calc exercises.

And would give me some info on how to do things like:

Circles
Rectangular coordinates, mid-point and distance

Rect lines ex "--------": intercepts equations paralels and perpendiculars

Domains

Creating lineal functions

operations with functions

And composition of functions.


I'm really bad at math and don't want to fail may class.

The sad thing is I was given 23 exercises for tomorrow and I can't do any of them, I know I don't have dislexia but this sucks that I can't do shit.

I wasn't prepared for college damnit.

College! That's 10th grade math, son.

I'm just curious, what math class did you get up to by the end of your high school years?

im a senior and im taking calculus. Started freshman year in algebra and geometry, sophmore year algebra 2, junior year pre calc, and this year calculus. But i barely follow so, im gonna retake calculus in college.

Calculus at the local community college. Our high school had to pay for CC courses.

Normally a student would take algebra 1-2 in 8th grade, geometry in 9th and algebra 3-4 (the contents of the OPs post) in tenth grade.

Yeah, we really need to see some examples. From what I see, you're just struggling with some really basic stuff. I think your course is leading you to linear algebra....looks like it anyway.

Hear hear. OP, you need to crack open a math textbook and get studying. I can't teach you the underpinnings of two-dimensional algebra on totse.

Mathworld is a fun site. You should look at it.

I have pre-calc now as a sophmore, and if you're having trouble with linear functions, and domains, then you better get studying, or give up. That's simple algebra.
