So today i was confronted by about 6 of my friends, who all at the same time yelled at me (they thought it would be funnyer to tell me this way) that my ex girlfriend is pregnant...

i called her right away, and she said dont worry about it, its not a big deal and that she didnt want me to know about it

she doesnt want to have it, and she doesnt want an abortion
she thinks if she keeps doing drugs and smoking itll just die in her, i said not to risk that...

if she has it im very much fucked (most likely)

Try talking to her in person. Then talk to a lawyer, I suppose.

Trying to miscarry like that is just sick, sick, sick. Can you talk to her? Explaining that she could seriously harm her health with things like high blood pressure and blood loss (if she did lose it) would be traumatic for her too. It's also in your interests if you're in a medical-bill paying location, as she could pull the "Its your baby, you pay for it" card on you. It happened to someone I knew and it was absoloutely awful.

Do try and talk to her. She'll be terrified, but she needs to know where you stand and how you feel in all of this.

She does want an abortion. Trying to kill the baby is pretty much the same as an abortion. Getting rid.

She's a complete fucking idiot. She could seriously damage herself, potentially die. And what if the baby still comes out? She could have a deformed baby with a mass amount of health problems. More work than a healthy child.

So really she's putting more strain on her life.
