It might stupid,but always wondered this.If you went in Wal-mart for example, and picked up a bottle of pepsi,and drink the whole thing.Then piss it all out within 5 minutes later then walk out of the store.Would that be shoplifting,in my belief -no because you never left the store with the item in the first place.If this is what I believe is true,then I found a loopole in the law hahaha.
