Try Processor Xp
if your father bought the software then it maybe on the AV clean list or he had put it in the exclusion list.
Anyways trace your process with ProcessXp and it will help you a lot also it can Google it for you too.

(1) Clear out the Ignore list, and run a fucking virus scan.
(2) Check MSconfig for crap
(3) If your AV finds nothing, download AVG Antispyware and that should get it.
Unless hes going hardcore and is using a hardware klogger
