Ok so me and my friend wanna prank call the cops cuz we are bored tonite, I've got everything set up to make sure we dont get caught (Skype, firewall, usin' a school comp etc.) but one thing we are missing: something to modify our voice while we are speaking into the mic. Can anyone suggest a good voice modification tool? And I mean a good one, not simply changing the pitch of your voice. I do know some sound editting software that has a "voice modification" feature but we need something that like applies it to all the soundwaves going into the computer.

Is it really that big of a deal?
Just get a piece of paper, crumple it up and talk with it in your mouth.
