I would like to know the colour of semen after one night after it's been ejaculated...does it stay white and creamy like it's freshly ejaculated, or does it change in colour...?

Semen should liquify within 5 mins of ejaculation (turn colorless ). Overnight, it just hardens like the white of the egg.

If you wanna know about my ejaculate, it's whitish to very slightly yellowish depending on how long I didn't ejaculate.
