On guys, I think anything goes. My friend has the stretchy piece of skin in his mouth under his top lip pierced. It's excellent. It's called a smiley piercing I think, google image it.

i have both my ears pierced...and my tongue. almost every girl thinks that the tongue stud is sexy....but it depends on what the girl is into with the ears...i put diamond studs in my ears...not some huge gawdy cubic zirconia monstrosities though,just some little 1/2 c real ones.

Tongue and belly button piercings are so fucking hot. I've actually gotten my tongue pierced around late December as a birthday gift.

As for girls, I like ones who have something a little bit different. But then I sort of have a view that if you can get a piercing, then you're a bit outgoing, and you can deal with some pain. Not a fan of any nose piercings though.
