The thing is I have been seeing a girl for a few months and we havn't done anything, but we both want to. I am not as experiences as her, but she knows this and doesn't care. The thing is, I have no idea how to ask her to get a test done just to be sure there isn't going to be any problems. Shes on the pill, and I will use a condum but STILL, I just want to be sure the memory isn't the only thing left when we're done. I have thought about suggesting we go together, but I don't know.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Just tell her that you know that it's irrational paranoia, but if she got tested it would really set your mind at ease.

Just flat out tell her, "I want both of us to be tested before we have sex."

Yeah, if she's the least bit mature she shouldn't have any objections to the two of you getting tested together.

Tell her you're going to get tested, "just to be on the safe side", and suggest that she does too.

if you want to be really caniving, think of one of her exs or someone dating one of her exs and act all "zomg i herd dis rum0r". i guess that would work if you are under 16 and really immature..

If you ask her to get tested, it's only fair if you get tested too. Not a bad idea to do that before sleeping with someone in any event.

i think that's a good idea. just say that you're getting tested and she should come along for the ride and get tested too.

if you straight out ask her to get tested she'll be embarrassed because she'll think that you think that she's slept around/diseased.

So have you asked her yet?
