For some reason, every time I go to make a tuna fish sandwich, I end up with the spice rack out along with the cutting board.

Here's my latest iteration

2 cans of tuna in water.
Small onion, diced
medium carrot, shredded
parsley flakes
bunch of dried chives
garlic powder
cumin
black pepper
dash of cayane pepper
enough mayo to hold the whole thing together.

Try it, it's good.

Why all the extra spices?

Tuna is goood.. spices are also good. But tuna on it's own has quite a flavour. It's why I hate mayonaise, it rapes so many good foods.

The only tuna salad I've had that was halfway decent was tuna, lemon juice(Probably a whole lemon. There was a really strong lemon flavor). Salt, cayenne, and mayo to hold everything together.

I prefer chicken salad more.
