Ok so I walk to lunch with my friends, one of which is a girl and she has a friend thats a girl that comes too. Her friend is blonde and a bit shorter than average, but hot nonetheless. So we were talking and she asks who has their virginity? I said me and she said "well i could take that but you need to wear a condom" I said "thats awesome" and kinda shrugged it off. But it stuck in my head. So today after lunch, she kinda just says "damn i got no one that walks the same way as me" so my class in on the whole opposite side of the school. I offered to go with and this other guy (my friend) followed. I walked her to class and went on my way to my class. So what kind of shot do I have if any? And any tips to improve it?

Ask her out on a date. Just say "Hey, do you want to go *wherever you want to take her* this friday?" You dont have to tell her its a "date" but if she asks "are you asking me out?" say yes.

If she says yes, thats a very good sign. If on the date she shows affection (i.e. touching you, holding hands, maybe even a kiss) you're in; and at the end of the night if you thought things went well give her a nice long romantic kiss. Dont even think about it, just do it! Do all that successfully and i guarantee you will be inside of her within 2 weeks.
