Well i just got banned for a few weeks on this beta mmorpg i play. Anyways I was wondering who else have been banned due to macroing or botting and what games.

I dont think that i have ever cheated in mmo's but i have scammed, i used to scam peoples runescape accounts by telling them that i could make them a member permanently if they give me their password, i also used to do this money trick were you put like 100,000 gold which shows as 100k and right before you accept you subtract a certain amount so it shows 10014 which kinda looked like 100k, made a huge profit from that.

EDIT: i never got banned and although i dont play it anymore i still have my account.

I think my real payback was me getting scammed, i lost my poison dragon dagger, dragon axe and dragon long sword along with my full rune armour.... but i dont really give a fuck cause its a really crap game.

Yes. After I got terminally bored with WoW I started botting and rekindled my interest in it. So nice to be able to play for dungeon runs and stuff and not have to do the boring part of leveling (Don't even think about flaming me, I had two level 60s of my own and had been hooked on the game for a year before I even started botting.

I've been botting off and on since early January. Have not been banned and I've botted a 60 priest and a 60 rogue and various other level 20-30 toons. Currently working on a 48 BE Warlock (missed my old lock too much).

On SWG I bought about 5 million credits from IGE and macroed my way through about 25 levels of crafting. Didn't get caught. Did it so I could chill and have fun with my fellow guildies (craft grinding isn't very fun).

Not really, I used to scam the 'tards in Runescape when I was bored, which is pretty much whenever you play RS...

Back in 2003 me and a friend keylogged and scammed so many accounts. Made a bunch with selling the accounts.

I haven't, but my friend recently got banned from WoW for getting his characters powerleveled. It's funny, 'cause he'd blown upwards of $200 on that account not counting subscription fees.

Me too. I used autorune/ixbot in the end. But ive used things like runebot,sbot,and scar.

But yeah i wish there was a game like that with the pking system. I miss it.
