I'm stuck in-between a rock and a hard spot here.

There's a girl that I'm interested in, but the problem is, she's playing mind games with me, and I don't know what's going on.

Basically as it starts out, we got together around the middle of March, and broke up a few days after due to complications. Under her defense, we broke up because it would be unfair to me as she's under house arrest and can't leave the house until May, as that's when she gets off house arrest. That statement is 150% factual, as she did run into problems a year ago with an "incident" with someone, and got the blame for it when it wasn't her fault.

She said that after this whole bullshit was finally past, we'd talk about going out again. We found out during one night that we have an assload in common, and like each other mutually.

So up until a week ago, she used to call about once every three days, but now, the calls have stopped coming, and I don't know what to think anymore. Rather than just me call her up myself, I decided to ask one of her best friends to get info about what her true intentions are for me, but everytime her friend asks, she gives her the "silent" treatment.

So right now, my head is fucked up from so many different emotions, and it's really getting to me.


So really TOTSE, what should I do about this current situation?

See what happens?
Sever off all contact and avoid?
Just leave her be and forget about it?

wow she sounds like an annoying bitch. Basically you are doing what she wants. Just dont play her games and ignore her. Basically act as if you don't care if she stays, lays, or prays because either way your dancin' my friend. (tell me what thats from and increase your e-penis) so basically just ignore her and when she finally calls just be like,"oh, hey well ive got another call so just call me back in a little while or whatever." and hang up.

Give her a call mate.

It's all well and good sitting and thinking through possible scenarios and reasons why she hasn't called but I can tell you from personal experience, the thoughts are usually a million miles away from what is really going on.

Just give her a call and judge for yourself.

For the people who actually posted USEFUL advice, I thank you for your help, and I will indeed give her a call Sunday night (She goes home on the weekends and usually never answers her phone then).

Yeah, girls do that sort of thing. It can really get to you if you like her. I know I usually start thinking of all sorts of stupid reasons why she doesn't call or whatever, and eventually I find out it's all in my head. You're just over thinking it.. and the answer to the truth is really just a phone call away. If she doesn't pick up the first time, either leave a message or call back in a few hours if you're not comfortable doing that.. and if there's no response within a few days, drop it and don't think about it any more. It's stupid, it sucks, but that's more or less the best way to go about it from what I've experienced.
