This thread is to help explain to people why I'm closing their threads. Trousersnake I'm sure will add to this list too.

First off "discuss" should NEVER be the entire content of your thread. If you want us to discuss something, you'd better be willing to do it yourself. So if you're pissed about something, don't make a thread with the title "FUCK (whatever)" and content "Discuss" because I will close it and probably give you an infraction. Instead try: "FUCK (whatever)" with content: "This is why I dislike (whatever):"

This is NOT a spam forum. Long ago before Half Baked did not exist, this was considered "totse's garbage can" It is not anymore and never will be. This is a legitimate forum for discussions, debates, flames, and heated arguments.

If anyone's got anything questions or anything to add, feel free to post below

Anyhow I personally really like this forum and think it's a useful tool to have - it's not always things like "I hate my parents".

The way I see it you can post stuff like that to vent, but keep it interesting please.

To me, I always found B&M as a way to give your own commentary on a variety of issues out there which you don't agree with and have a grievance with. Take a look around in here, mods of other forums will move peoples gripes into here - So it really is a mixed platter here. "Something for everyone" as I'd put it.

By the way, the user who was booted was an excellent poster, and had left a long post of about 3/4 of a page, but it was good content, not just pics or something, just very long. AcidMelt banned him for it, first and only offense. This is after AcidMelt left a message for everyone that if the post looked too long to him, he would label it a page stretcher. Shortly after leaving his anti-free-speech propaganda in thread, like a nasty smelling shit in a buffet-bowl, he promptly locked the thread, so no-one else could make comment on it.
