If you have a short attention span like me, you can skip the first few paragraphs.

I went out, alone. The occassion was live music by a few decent bands and a last minute spot on the guest list from a friend at a record company. Woo hoo. I didn't really feel like going but luckily I actually enjoyed all the music and was interested in seeing the headliner who I had even paid to see a few times before.

The layout was partial standing room with some couches up front close to the stage. I prefer standing but I was beat and real sleepy since I ate a huge dinner prior to the gig so I just wanted to sit down through at least one of the bands so I found a spot front and center. Easily struck up a conversation with the guy next to me, also flying solo. We had both seen the headliner a few times and I have an easier time striking up conversations at gigs where we already have something in common.

The next band was okay but I was only sitting close because strange enough, it was the only available spot. During the band in the middle slot, I notice these 2 hot chicks dancing far off to the side. Good eye candy. One had dark hair and the other was a cute blonde with a tight body and short plaid skirt.

Midway through the show they come up in the space between the couch and the stage. Suddenly they start jumping up and down and the blonde chick grabs my hand and pulls me up and we start jumping up and down holding hands. Then she moves in front of me and starts grinding her ass against my crotch. Can you imagine the effect this has on someone who has almost no physical contact with anyone, ever?

The song ended either too early or just in time and they scooted back to the spot side stage. This whole scenario repeated itself one more time during their set. We never even said a word to each other. They disappeared the second that band ended. I think they might have been "fluffers" for the band since the band also put a similiar effort into getting some crowd response, only without the bump and grind. During the second trip over she also got the guy next to me to reluctantly stand up but didn't bump and grind with him. As a side note, knowing lots of music geeks, the more someone is into music on the consumer guide, the less likely they are to be into chicks.

Has this ever happened to anyone else here? I saw happen to a friend right next to me at a concert and the chick disappeared almost immedietly when the song was over and another friend also told me about a similiar experience at a show ten years ago when there was a power outtage right before he was going to blast off. Exstasy (MDMA) maybe? Or did I just drop the ball by not make any additional moves? To be honest I was more interested in seeing the next band than getting sidetracked or else I never would have left home.

I know p[lenty of girls that have no sexual interest in me that have grinded on my nuts before. I am not saying she wasn';t interested in you but really there is no way of telling what she was up to unless you talked to her.

She may have just wanted someone to dance with. If that was the case you should be pretty pumped she picked you. SOunds like you had a good time.

I think that if she didn't attempt to make conversation, she probably just wanted to get some attention/dance with somebody. If girls are really interested, they'll find a way to stick around for longer than a song.

But, be flattered she chose you, I guess. :)

It could be all kinds of things. Maybe they were rolling, mayber they were fluffers, maybe they were just into you, or maybe the just wanted someone to dance with. The fact that they didn't stick around though means there probably wasn't too much interest.
