Can anybody help me out with some advice on finding a girl that I find attractive enough and "going in for the kill" within this week?

I'm 21, 5'9", have shortish dirty blond hair and some facial hair which I've recently had shaped up. Only real problem is that I'm rather introverted with people that I don't know and have a problem approaching girls in clubs and public settings.
