Ok here is the deal:

I was going out with a girl for 2 years, she dumped me,. whatever. then I had a one nighter with a cool chick from my history class, again, whatever.

I have been going out with another girl for about a month now. Things were going well, but I am her first boyfriend (this has nothing to do with me not getting any really), we don't work as a couple really well I don't think. She dosen't get me sense of humour alot, and says "Eww" and blushes at most things I say. I havn't been "The first boyfirend" since grade 9 (year 12 nearly 18 years old now).

I know I need to tell her that it isnt working, that I think we are better as friends (which we are, going back to being just mates wouldnt be that different really, but I don't want to hurt her. I don't like being the first boyfriend, even less the first guy to dump her.

Any advice?

I dunno if she would though. Plus I would get HELL from her mates if I pulled something like that. That is another thing, I hate her friends. and she dosen't feel comfortable around mine.

that you dont want to hurt her but you think you would be better off friends.

Since you're her first boyfriend, I'd be very careful in letting her know the bad news.

If she gets hurt too badly, she might either turn into a whore or overreact and start hating guys.
