1. Lose the "gangsta" type handsigns (I know, this is not REALLY a gangsign, but it still makes you look like a loser!).
2. Get a better camera.

Lose the wangsta look, your features are too soft to pull it off. Figure out what your strengths are and wear clothes that accentuate those qualities.

I don't know how girls feel about shaved head guys, but in my opinion it looks kinda shitty on a lot of people, although it does make people look more masculine.

Overall, you just look like the average American adolescent.
