Do you prefer up and down or the circular motion? I say up and down all the way!

Mostly up and down, it owns. But spinbanging is sometimes nice for a little variation. I do it during the very fastest bits of songs because I can do it at quite ridiculous speeds (I took a video ages ago, but beat the framerate).

up and down. around-the-world doesn't really work unless you've got long hair, it just looks silly on short-haired/bald metalheads.
