females and foot/shoe modification.
why do women spend many millions of dollars every year on shoes? why do high-heels exist in the first place? i personally dont find a woman in high heels any sexier than a woman in common sneakers.
why do high heels exist anyway? they must be extremely uncomfortable.
the ancient chinese nobility bound their female's feet at or near birth to curl back into the sole so that when they got married their husband would be able to afford to carry his wife around on a man powered seat, instead of them walking about freely. they were almost unable to walk with this procedure.
why do females continue with the deformation of their feet for male pleasure?

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
A lot of women wear them purely because they feel they're too short.
If you notice a womens legs in heels, they look a lot more toned and 'sexier' then without heels (it also raises and sticks out the ass).
Plus then its just a purely fashion thing, following trends and such - high heels suit some outfits more then flats.
I personally DONT wear heels and higher then half an inch. For one, I'm 6 foot, I don't need the height, and secondly I just dont feel comfortable in anything thats over and inch high.
A friend of mine on the other hand is 5 foot, she wears heels everyday almost, but shes used to them and can't understand how I find them sore :p

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
I read that it pushes the body kinda into a coital position(or something). Posturewise it's supposed to suggest things.
It's also harder to slouch around in heels..
Being a big fan of legs, feet, shoes, and stockings, I can say that when I put on my seam and heels, my legs look amazing. I'm nothing special, but I have to admit I do admire my legs a shameful amount.
I luckily don't have my feet mishapen from long term heel wear, and I try to take care.
With the chinese custom, women had to walk differently, shuffling and tensing their muscles.. and they had to rely on the upper legs etc, resulting in a really toned ass and very tight vagina etc. Not condoning it of course!! I do find it fascinating though.

Maybe because i'm a bloke, but the ONE time I had to wear high heels (senior drama night, dont ask) I literally couldnt do it: freaking horrible trying to balance on a tiny little stilt thing on your heel...

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
I find flat shoes to be highly uncomfortable... :s I´m also barely 5"2, so I spend most of my time in heals. I just honestly prefer walking in high healed shoes, I find them more comfortable, and I look taller. And I like the way they look, and the way I look in them, more than trainers.

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
i'm short, but don't want to make myself look taller with shoes. i rarely think a heel under 3" looks nice, and i'm very particular about what i think looks good, but i feel like a prat in and look all out of proportion. it emphasizes my twig legs:big fat body ratio and it's not flattering. i feel it draws attention to me, because i'm taller? eh, idk, but i don't want attention drawn to me. and weird 1-2" heels tend to look either cheap or grandma-ish to me.
i'm not really a shoe person, i just have a few different pairs per season and rotate them, then throw most of them out. i don't do all this bullshit buying fourteen thousand pairs of stilettos and wearing them once each.
all that said, i'm thinking of buying these gold giles deacon wedges for summer. they're so chunky that they're actually balancing for my shape.

QFT.
Heel's are more comfortable than flats. You can't beat an awesome pair of boots.

Would that have been a stiletto rather than one with a large base (do they have their own special name )?
But "sexy shoes" are a bonus to me, they just add that little something.
And no I don't have a foot fetish, well at least not in the wanking over feet sort of way...

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
There's something for me that ties the legs/feet in high-heeled shoes to the desire of wanting said legs wrapped around my head.
I don't know why.

Re: females and foot/shoe modification.
Where the fuck are you chicas finding comfortable heels? Seriously, I have never owned a comfortable pair of heels. Now, this could be because most of my shoes are cheap, but even the expensive ones hurt my feet...
I think heels look good. They make you look taller and skinnier. I have alot of pairs, but I only wear them when I go out, which is hardly ever...I like to look at them though, lol.
