My ex would often say joking crap that affect. I'm a jealous guy, but it never bothered me because I can also tell when somethings not serious and just silly.

I don't think you should take it so seriously, at least until you hear her side of the story. It was probably just some stupid joke, or maybe she was just drunk and pissed off like you said, and trying to make you jealous. I dunno, us girls can do crazy things sometimes...
