The is this girl who wants to fight me... She is very violent and I always try to avoid fighting her so far. But it's getting more impossible to avoid her. They say men and women are equal right... The law is equal when it comes to men and woman. If she threatens you or hits you, that is technically illegal. Whoever throws the first punch (with witnesses) would be charged (if the cops decided to anything.)

If she is one of those girls who is badass enough to actually fuck you up, she won't be crying to the cops. And if she does, they won't believe her automatically. They would most likely take statements and release you both.

Do not worry about Legal matters in this case. Worry about protecting yourself from the girl, and should you knock her out, worry about her friends.

Witnesses who will testify that she threw the first punch. This will keep your ass out of legal trouble for the most part.

It's also in your best interest to not hurt her more than absolutely necessary. Deflecting/dodging attacks when you can, and knocking her to the ground frequently. The less you actualy hurt her, the less of an asshole people will think you are.

And there's no getting around it. No matter that she's started it, you will be the bastard here.

Don't actually fight her even if she throws punches and stuff at you. Just subdue her by wrestling her into a restraint and just prove who's boss. You don't need to kick her ass or cause her much pain to make her back down. Just over power her in that way.

Personaly I'd fight her but I wouldn't punch as hard as I could and mostly just slap her. Unless of course she's some monster sized bitch or is good at some martial art. And as long as she doesn't pull a knife on me I'm gonna want to fuck her. Being fiesty is a turn on for me.

Ahh, reminds me of when a girl in my church group wanted to throw down. We kept wrestling, and I would pin her everytime. Back then I thought it was pointless, and eventually turned her down, as I was getting tired and didn't see the point in continuing on. Looking back, I see why I should have continued and meybe even let her win once or twice. That would have made thing MUCH more interesting. What a wasted opportunity.
