I've been with a girl for 8-9 months now, and we've been quarreling a hell lot. So, I think maybe it's time to end things now.

We're still on pretty good terms, and i still care for her a lot. However, i just don't see how this relationship can carry on.

So yea, long story short, how can i end this without hurting her?

And how can i make myself feel better for breaking all the promises i made, e.g. marrying her and stuff.

if you feel that strongly about it then you should tell her that the fighting is pushing you over the edge and you were considering maybe breaking up and becoming very good if not best friends instead... same relationship just you guys can't control what the other person does as much, so there isn't as much to fight about- you hang out, hug and all that nice stuff, but don't have sex and kisses and bitching at eachother. Then if you don't really like that, you guys just don't call as much.

But don't tell her this unless there really is. Better to be honest and hurt her once than semi-honest and hurt her over and over.

Alright, so i just went out with her today and i decided that i should stick things out.

I just can't really bear to end this relationship.
