Is anyone in to it? I kind of want my friend to cut my shoulder and lick the blood.

I say shoulder because I've already deadened the nerves in this area with heavy back squatting (used to have calloused shoulders). Would it be a good idea to use a low sensitivity area first?

I've never cut myself before, but I have no problems with pain. She has, so I'd assume she knows what she's doing. What should I expect?

Blood play, huh?

Blood play is for teen-aged goth kids who got picked on a lot in highschool, so they decide they're different and special. They lock themselved up and read vampire books, suddenly they're convinced that the pasty skin they've developed is a sign of their vampirism rather than weak pigmentation.

Well, I guess you could get some rubbing alchohol and sterilize the blade. An alternative to that is, of course, cauterization. This will yeild less blood as the shoulder is a rather meaty area and doesn't have many major arteries. I would say the shoulder is probably the place to go. Your legs and arms have major arteries, and your chest has bones all over in it. Your stomach could get some of your important organs hurt.
