The cardinal rule.
I'm a little drunk, this may seem a little incoherent. Bear with me.
Theres something I realized today. In every relationship, no matter what, someone is always more invested. Someone always cares more. No two people can love each other exactly the same.
So whats the point. Really? It's beyond humiliating to care about someone and know that they dont quite care for you as much. And its just pathetic to know that someone cares about you who you really dont like. I've been on both ends enough. And its just frustrating. Theres never an equal ground. So whats the point?

Re: The cardinal rule.
I think he means the cardinal rule is: There is no balanced reciprocity in the relationship.

Re: The cardinal rule.
All relationships end because either one person loves the other more, or they both hate eachother the same. You just have to find someone who cares for you like you care for them, it's possible.
