So after 3 hours of streight sex (Yes im a god like that). My penis really hurts. It looks like ive developed the same symptom from the one time i shaved my pubic hair.
After further examination it appears that i have "Ingrown" Hairs again around my dick. Whats the best way to treat this?

Sex should never last more than an hour. See the mistake you made, there? Try adding more foreplay.
It's probably due to too much blood flow. Does it feel like it does when you swing your hands in big circles for a long period of time? Kind of bloated and warm? If so, it's too much blood flow for too long. I'd try to reduce blood flow by elevating it and maybe even putting ice on it.
