But anyway. On a more useful, less pedantic note... True confidence has to come from within. Getting drunk and dressing nicely will get you laid, but it won't buy you confidence. There's only one route to absolute confidence: finding out who you are, and then learning to love yourself for it. That can take years, though. In the meantime, celebrate you good traits and work on improving your bad ones.

Sports. You look like you're not in any sports. Try out for soccer, X country, maybe try football. You'll get in shape and after beating a couple teams you'll be confident.

Learn how to actually lift, eat well dress nice. play foot ball. Get some fucking friends. How the fuck do you have low self esteem at 14. I didn't even know what self esteem was at that age.

I didn't lose my virginity until I was nearly 19, and I first kissed a girl at 15. I am very happy with my life. Give it time. There's a lot of good advice so far in this thread.
