Default "Crying" Rape...

If any of the moderators think this isn't appropriate for this board, feel free to remove it.

I'm posting this article/letter from "The Western Australian"(04/04/07 - Page 22), mainly to show you people that say "oh just cry rape" how selfish, and moronic it really is.

"On March 12 I saw a 16-year-old boy on trial before a District Court judge and jury on serious sexual charges; they were deprivation of liberty, assault causing bodily harm and four charges of aggravated sexual penetration without consent.

He was 15 at the time.

What disturbs me in this case, and I'm sure it is of concer to us all, is that this 15-year-old boy was denied bail, up until a week before his trial primarily because a police officer told the Childrens's Court that the suspect had phoned the girl and threatened her -- which the police later admitted was wrong.

This 15-year-old boy was denied bail because a 17-year-old girl cried rape. The complainant, under cross-examination, admitted she lied.

It took seven months to make available the DNA evidence; the boy's DNA was not found on the girl, and the girl's DNA was not found on him, but a different male DNA was found.

Also, just before the trial, telephone and mobile phone data was received that helped to clear the boy. In the meantime the mother and the father of the boy had to mortgage their home to afford their child a fair trial.

What is the final result? A shattered 16-year-old boy, who is innocent, deprived of his liberty for a year, and a mother and father who have forfeited their right to early retirement so that they can pay off this huge debt of about $400,000 (AU)."

In the US, shit like that happens all the time, even with other crimes. You have to pay thousands of dollars for a lawyer to prove your innocence.

Yeah, I've seen this happen to one of my best friends. He went to a party on his university campus, hooked up with a girl he'd found attractive. The next day she was at the police station accusing him of rape because her boyfriend found out she cheated on him.

She decided it was a better idea to accuse an innocent man of rape, than fess up to her boyfriend and admit it. My friend went through 4 months of hell, got kicked out of university, and paid thousands in court fees all because this bitch wouldn't tell the truth. Kind of reminds me of the boy who cried wolf story.

Peace

I actually read this article. Made front page news.
After evidence came to light that there was no way he was guilty of rape she admitted that she lied and charges were dropped.

She then claimed two other people had raped her on a different date.

So long story short, it sounds like she wasn't raped at all.

Agree. This is why i record all sexual encounters, not really to video tape it but girls will pull this shit. Look at the one who said her lover was raping her when her husband found her with him. Lover got killed and she is facing murder charges.

If that was me, it would make no difference that she is a girl, I would mess her up.

But if the cops lied and she lied, wouldn't they be charged with false statements or something like that?

It's no different for us men, ya know. You can act like you care for a woman and all...but when it comes down to it, 99% of men will bail if she doesn't put out enough. And a damned large chunk of us will bail if she gets knocked up.

They shouldnt be allowed the same rights as us, or free speech. They are too dumb and abuse it, they get the innocents locked up for nothing. They cry wolf.

Fuck 'em. Take away womens free speech, take away their right to vote, so far they havent earned it.

That's not true at all. I can't think of a single person who thinks it's normal or okay to cry rape falsely. And there's legal repercussions too, it's not like a girl cries rape to the police, they find out she's lying and send her on her merry way...

That's one of the 3 ways to bail: push an abortion, push adoption, and ditch the bitch.

Any of those 3 ways, you're causing pain to another to avoid your own responsibilities. Men don't take the time to consider the emotional trauma having an abortion causes, nor the pining for the child that grew inside of you after they're placed with another family, nor the time to think of the true repercussions of just leaving a woman to tend to a child on her own.

Most people simply don't give a shit about anything but their own status. At least life bites them in the ball bag in the end. Turns out that what we want is usually nothing like our true desire.

'The injured can always find peace, but the destroyer will know nothing but torment.' Some old proverb, I think. I may have made it up though.

This happens far more than anybody would like to think, its ridiculous to see how many times men and boys are imprisoned and tried on rape charges that were lied about by girls. Ive seen it happen way too many times personally, and IMO crying rape is one of the lowest things a girl can do to a guy, it fucks up their life for a long time, and cast them the role of a rapist for what they never did.

It doesn't happen every day. When it does, it tears people apart.

Friend of a friend ended up killing himself because his ex falsely claimed rape on him. I'm just glad I didn't know him.

Making illegitimate claims of rape is as bad as rape itself, in my book.

Bitch, that cuts both ways. Read this story and tell me how men do you think are getting sucked in every day.

I'll try to sum up a funny story that happened a few years ago:

I got a vasectomy.

I met a girl soon afterwards. She was nice and attractive but with a selfish streak that raised a big red flag. She was 32 at the time and I could practically HEAR her biological clock ticking. Regardless, she was a good lay, easy on the eyes, and reasonably good company.

I did NOT tell her about my vasectomy and I always used a condom with her to protect against STDs. She assumed, obviously, that the condom was only used for birth control. Silly girl.

We date for a few months. I never made any move towards commitment but she brought it up ocassionally. For me, this was a casual but pleasant relationship. For her - as I was to find out - it was part of life-changing series of events that she was planning very carefully.

Four months into dating, I get the "I'm pregnant" talk. She's going on and on about how the condom must have broke and now we really need to think about getting married "for the baby". She's positively giddy. She has a baby in her and she thinks she's gonna have a good meal ticket (me) to go along with her new 7lb annuity.

At this point, I'm just as giddy. I get to pull the reverse "oops" on her. I figured that she slept with some bad boy and got knocked up. Good thing I was using condoms! Better still that I have a serious mistrust of women who can't think beyond their own uteri.

So I wait a couple of days to "think about all this." I meet her again. I say I don't want kids and that she should have an abortion. I know where this is going and sure enough it goes there. She goes completely batshit insane on me. There were the usual insults about my manhood. There were threats of legal action. It was all very ugly and I was loving every minute of it.

Well, I let her stew for a few days. She leaves me nasty messages on my phone. She sends awful emails. I'm laughing hysterically.

It was time to drop the hammer. While she was stewing I was busy. First I get a notarized copy from the urologist who performed the vasectomy. Next I get a notarized copy of the TWO test results indicating a "negative test result for sperm" to show I'm sterile and shooting blanks. Finally, I get a letter from a shark attorney stating he has seen the other documents and is prepared to litigate against this woman if she continues to communicate with me in such an unpleasant manner. Also, the letter states that we will insist on DNA testing to show that the baby is not mine. I'm ready.

I meet with this woman at her place. I bring flowers and a small bit of jewelry to show I am willing to reconcile and assume my responsibilities as a new father. I also have stuck in my pocket the documents I have prepared.

She's all giddy again. Her plan is going perfectly - or so she thinks. We talk about our future. We have some pretty good sex. Then, as I am about to walk out the door, I ask her the $64,000 question. "Are you sure that this baby is mine?"

Well, she goes batshit insane again. Hell, she ought to. Her plan could completely unravel if there is ANY question about my paternity. Oh, she's really screaming now. How dare I question her morals. Do I think she's a slut. I'm just trying to weasel out of my responsibilities... blah, blah, blah, yadda, yadda, yadda.

I'm not really mad. I'm kind of embarrassed for her. But since she won't shut up and the neighbors can hear all of this, I ask her to step back inside and sit down. She sits on the sofa and calms down a bit. She is glaring at me with all the moral self-righteousness that only a woman can muster up. She thinks she has me trapped. She is 100% convinced her plan has worked. Oh, the tangled web of lies and deceit she has wrought around herself and I am about to hack through them with a few pieces of paper.

I reach into my pocket slowly. I extract the three pieces of paper and unfold them slowly and deliberately.

I tell her simply, "You're screwed".

Her look doesn't change. There is no way she can fathom what I have prepared.

I continue. "I am sterile"

Her look changes just a bit. Something is beginning to sink in. Naturally, she reverts to women's logic. "You're full of shit. You're trapped and you know it."

I hold up the letter and the test results. "Three months before we met, I had a vasectomy. Here is a notarized letter from him stating what I had done. Here are two test results showing that I tested negative for the presence of sperm. Blanks. I am shooting blanks. That baby inside you is simply not mine."

This woman is not to be swayed by logic and clear documentation. "Bullshit, those are fakes."

I was ready for that. "No, they are real. This last piece of paper is from my attorney. It's a simple letter to you that states if you pursue any kind of legal action against me for child support that I will insist on a DNA test to prove paternity, that is, to prove that your baby is not mine."

I give the woman all the documents. She reads them slowly, deliberately. With each passing second she can feel in her soul that she has made a very bad mistake. With denial swept away, she started to cry. It's a small cry at first. Then it becomes deeper and more painful. By the time she gets to the letter from the lawyer she is sobbing.

I had no sympathy for her. I turned and walked out the door. Even after I closed the door I could still hear her sobbing.

Epilogue -

I never heard directly from this woman again. I did hear through my friends that she did indeed have the baby. I also heard that the real father was some guy in a band she had met. I assumed that after 30, women stopped going after musicians, bikers, criminals, and thugs. Silly me for thinking the best of American women.

The Moral of the Story -

Get a vasectomy but keep it a secret.

I know a guy who's vasectomy reversed itself after six years and his wife became pregnant. He FREAKED out and accused her of cheating/called her a whore and was basically a big asshole to her. She dumped him and sued him for child support for the baby and for her other two children. A simple sperm count revealed that his vasectomy was no longer working and a DNA test confirmed that he was in fact the father of the baby. Now he has lost his family and he has to pay $1200 per month in child support.

Moral of the story: Get a sperm count before assuming anything.

http://www.craigslist.org/about/best/sea/274495936.html I take it you posted that on here too? Almost word for word man.

Anyways, I read an interesting news story yesterday that made my day:

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) -- Darrell Roberson came home from a card game late one night to find his wife rolling around with another man in a pickup truck in the driveway.

Caught in the act with her lover, Tracy Denise Roberson -- thinking quickly, if not clearly -- cried rape, authorities say. Her husband pulled a gun and killed the other man with a shot to the head.

On Thursday, a grand jury handed up a manslaughter indictment -- against the wife, not the husband.

The grand jury declined to charge the husband with murder, the charge on which he was arrested by police.

"If I found somebody with my wife or with my kids in my house, there's no telling what I might do," said Juan Muniz, 33, who was having lunch Friday with one of his two small children at a restaurant in the middle-class suburban Dallas neighborhood where the Robersons lived. "I probably would have done the same thing."

Tracy Roberson, 35, could get two to 20 years in prison in the slaying of Devin LaSalle, a 32-year-old UPS employee.

Assistant District Attorney Sean Colston declined to comment on specifics of the case or the grand jury proceedings but said Texas law allows a defendant to claim justification if he has "a reasonable belief that his actions are necessary, even though what they believe at the time turns out not to be true."

Mark Osler, a Baylor University law school professor and a former federal prosecutor, said the grand jurors evidently put themselves in the husband's place: "I can see one of them saying, 'I would have shot the guy, too. I was just protecting my wife.' "

The December night before the shooting, Tracy Roberson sent LaSalle a text message that read in part, "Hi friend, come see me please! I need to feel your warm embrace!" according to court papers. LaSalle apparently agreed.

Darrell Roberson, a 38-year-old employee of a real estate firm, discovered the two, his wife clad in a robe and underwear.

When Tracy Roberson cried that she was being raped, LaSalle tried to drive away and her husband drew the gun he happened to be carrying and fired several shots at the truck, authorities said.

Darrell Roberson's attorney did not immediately return a call for comment.

His wife also was charged with making a false report to a police officer -- for allegedly saying she was raped -- and could get up to six months behind bars on that offense. It was not immediately clear whether she had a lawyer.

She had not been arrested as of Friday afternoon

Hey when its happen to three of your buddies. Around Camp Lejeune its a common thing. There are women down there who will try to get a marine to knock them up(To get the money the marine would get for an dependent), and if they realize whats happening the girls would threaten to call rape.

yeah thats true it happens everywhere. it happeened to 2 of my friends so far in okinawa. some bitch tried to call rape cause I didnt even want to talk to her but the time and date she said it happened I was out in the field and I had proof.

A good buddy of mine woke up next to a rather stunning girl one morning after a night of heavy drinking. Got up, cooked her breakfast, woke her up, and she ran out of the house. Cops showed up about a day later, we were in the living room having a cigarette and watching TV. They arrested him for rape, withheld bail, and generally fucked with him for a few months.

Someone managed to get ahold of the girl, and got her to admit on tape she'd called it because she'd been very drunk and my friend wasn't attractive. He got off between that and some fancy legal footwork by his uncle.

He ended up leaving the area because word got around that he was a "rapist", and his old circle of friends wouldn't even associate with him. I haven't seen him in a year or so.

Moral: I hate girls who cry rape, especially because of reasons like that.

Anyway, he was an asshole for just ASSUMING that she cheated. He should've gotten his sperm count done before taking any action.

The whole procedure is meant to make you completely sterile and overwhelming bulk of them do just that. Calling him an asshole having faith in trained professionals over a human with everything to lose is ridiculous

If I build a house and it's nigh collapsing in 6 years, I'm not getting away with it if someone decides to sue me for doing a shitty job. How can you justify failing to clip the fucking tubes?

A better analogy would be that your house is built to code, but a massive earthquake knocks it down.

It was done in a military hospital, so he can't sue.

Whilst i understand where your coming from, your being very harsh.

1) He was obviously in the military. Therefore he was probably deployed away from her for a time.

2) He had a fucking vasectomy, i didn't know they could reverse themselves. He probably didn't either.

Whilst you are right he shouldn't judge without proof, fuck i can see how he came to that conclusion.

You, are a moron.

That isn't what feminism is about. No feminist would preach to females telling them to cry rape on purpose! That's ridiculous.

It's stupid bitches like this that ruin a system thats been put in place to help women who have actually been rape.

This is one thing that disgusts me so much is girls crying rape when no such thing happens - and making it harder for females to be believed now, when they've actually BEEN raped and need the help.
Sadly, totse is one of those places that doubts fucking EVERYTHING, so when a female does post in this forum asking for help about something like this, she's labelled an attention whore.
I'm not saying we should trust everyone, but next time when someone does come on here asking for help about something so serious, I hope some of you remember that not all females are attention seeking bitches (or at least to this degree) and that rape isn't some fucking urban myth.

I agree with you on the whole but just recently we had a really bad case here in Blair's Paradise where a man had served a prison sentence for rape . Years later the woman is proven to have lied (and was mentally unstable) .

Legally she still can't be named and of course no one will dare take any legal action against her for perjury etc.

To cap it all, various representives of the Women's movements have been in the media pushing the "the women NEVER lie" line.

Mentally unstable? Well because mental illness should be taken so seriously (ooo thats another good rant worth of material) then what's wrong with your mental health system? Shouldn't they be investigating why this women wasn't treated/what happened to her treatment?

Is the exact line "women never lie"? For a vocal feminist to be so ignorant to say something so stupid like that does worry me. Or did you take it out of context?

There is nothing wrong with our mental health system. We have a wonderful system that is the envy of all civilsed countries...its called 'Care In The Community'.

That means people who have been committed are released into the community with no support, no aid and no supervision.

Those who survive the first few nights tend end up renting cheap guest house rooms in decaying english seaside towns.

A policy supported by the government that believes the fresh salt air will do them good.

[/sarcasm]

I'll try and find a link to the story I mean.

Here the tabloid account of the incident I am referring to (http://tinyurl.com/2j3wgc).

Here one of the Fem-Nazi bits to go with it. Ruth Hall, of Women Against Rape, said: "Women are being targeted by the criminal justice system for bringing allegations of rape. It is a new development that we have seen over the past few weeks. "There have been a number of women prosecuted for perverting the course of justice or having something added to their Criminal Records Bureau records because they have made allegations of rape. "The system is institutionally sexist. We don't believe that any assumption can be made that a woman has not been telling a truth."

And that is one of the more measured, almost reasoned ones....(if you ignore the fatc she wants to overturn the whole principle of 'innocent until proven guilty'- the police are duty bound to consider all accusations (of any crime) as false until given grounds to assume otherwise).

BTW In my own circle of acquaintances I have experienced two such cases of false rape allegations this last year alone, so I'm a little touchy on the subject as I have seen at first hand the damage such allegations do.

I know what you mean jack, I've had a male friend accused of the same. I've had another, where the mother of the female has taken the girl in to the police, the mother has told the police that this guy raped her at a party the night before (even with the girl saying 'no he didn't) The police are legally still allowed to investigate, putting both the girl and the guy through hell whilst doing it. (they thought the girl was 'too scared' to tell the truth, so they went ahead and investigated).
One of the people I live with is up for charges of assult that he didn't do to his former nutcase ex-gf.

And cheers for the link.

On a sunday morning at 01 AM last March my 14 year old son was dragged from his bed, put in a paper suit and held in custody for 24 hours.

It took the DA nearly 8 months to agree with the police opinion that the sex had infact it had been consentual .

Hella way for a lad to lose his virginty.

Pardon me, but as a science oriented guy, I can't help but look for a technological solution to this problem. The answer lies in an experimental procedure which can accurately tell if a person is lying through a non-invasive brain scan. Certain areas of the brain draw more blood during creative acts, like lying, and are not subject to stress reactions, making the tech reliable.

Sorry for rambling, but seems to me that an easy way to verify truth will make the whole problem go away.

I am such an effin' dork.

What if the woman is clinically insane and truly feels she has been raped? ie she isn't conciously lying at all?

Or the rape was sooo traumatic that she now can't decide between fact and fiction?

Doesn't matter. It all has to do with the creativity of the lie. A person may truly believe something, but subconsciously the scenario is being put together every time it's told.

I've seen no info about old lies though. It's entirely possible that an old delusion ingrained itself so deeply that the info is in long term memory, and no creativity is needed to call it up.

However, I'm not a neurobiologist, so I have no freakin' clue.

this happened to a bunch of kids at my school last year, end of the year too, so they had to finish off at another school.

anyway, after prom this chick fucked three different guys (supposedly while drunk) and someone snitched on them (a close friend of the whore). the school found out and she didnt wanna look like a whore so she cried rape. she's still a whore and thoes three kids are expelled, so nobody wins.

i heard some pretty fucked up rumors though, like they all gangraped her in the back of a pickup. o_O
