 Does she like me or not?
Long story short, theres a girl thats flirts with me, laughs at all my jokes, smiles when were around, I just get along with her great. I like her, but she has some reputation for bouncing from guy to guy.
Now heres the thing, whenever I ask her to hang out, she always sounds excited, but it freakin always turns out she 'cant' or shes busy or something. I'm getting sick of it, and have no idea if I should continue to pursue or just let her drop. Thoughts?

There's one big fucked up rule about women:
"WHEN THEY SAY YES THEY MEAN NO AND WHEN THEY SAY NO THEY MEAN YES". that's how it goes I've find that out myself...
