Wow, I didnt even know there was an Xenosaga anime series.

Although I'm still get light-headed whenever I hear the words "Zohar", "Gnosis", or even begin to think about a cinema scene that last more than 30 seconds.

im assuming this is Japanese with English Subs right?

I fucking lovveeddd the game. But I fucking hated the anime, it was just so horrible.

Ive scrolled through the episodes to parts of the game I liked. They really cut down on some of the interesting parts like the Song of Nephilim and some of the retardedly hard boss battles.

I was pretty pissed when the PT cart was used to find the SoN and then Proto Merkabah (or however the hell you spell it) appeared.

The animation style isnt what I wanted, but I'll give it a go anyway since the story rocks.

I just finished watching it on youtube, I completely forgot about the majority of the Xenosaga 1 story.

Although some of the changes were really odd, such as the whole keeping Lt. Vigil around for real reason and omitting some of the famous "boss battles", but it was nice seeing a retelling of the story.

I guess I'll have to actually finish Xenosaga 2 and 3 now.

I feel for you on X2. I think it was really weak compared to the first, in both story and gameplay.

I pray for Monolith to pick the project back up.
