I know this has nothing to do with sex and affection, but this is the only place where I can get answers and advice. First off theres something mentally wrong with him. He terrorizes my mother, is a compulsive liar, tells people outside of our household about our problems which are serious issues that SHOULD NOT be addressed to anyone, but he goes and tells my mothers side of the family, along with brothers in law etcetcetc, he is in debt, he steals money from the family, he has girlfriends and cheats on my mom all the time, fuck i could go on and on.. there are soo many things i REALLYYY dont want to share. He has been smoking cigarettes for 50 fuckin years, im waiting on the day he fucking dies from it. I dont know why its taking so damn long. Im thinking about a hit. My mother wants to move out of the city without a trace, but fuck that. I dont know what to do.

Call the cops, peg him for threats/abuse (verbal or physical) and theft, have proof/etc. beforehand, pictures, recordings, etc.

cops wont do shit.. i told my mom to get a divorce and restraining order, but he wll sue and take everything he can get. A few years ago did an oil change on my moms car, not only did he charge her, but the bill was 700$. He terrorized her until she paid up. And thats just one of the many times he pulled a stunt like this.

He moved her from germany a few years ago and his legal papers are still in the works, it runs under my mothers name and i suggested to turn him in and not sign his legal documents. He will be thrown out of the country and blacklisted. But she doesnt want to do it, after all the shit he has done to her, she feels bad for him. She knows that he will end up beeing a fucking bum, because after 40, 95% people dont get jobs back in germany because of economic issues. And lets say he hasnt paid his taxes like he is supposed to. Thats already too much shit im sharing..

What can cops do? can they keep him away from us for good?

Look, you know what too do. Get him booted out the country, if your mother won't do that, then things are not as bad as you say.

Kill him, plan it carefully, poison him or blow him up. Create a gas leak then make sure everyone is out of the house but him he will go in and turn on the light KABOOM he's dead no trace, just make sure you have insurance.
