It only needs to happen once. You possibly dont want to end up in a shitty bedsit with your girlfriend and a screaming baby you cant look after properly.

i realize i should go to a doctor, but at this point, it's not really feasible, as we have no medical insurance... otherwise, i'd have already gone...

as for the whole, because it usually doesn't happen, doesn't begin to describe it.... ONCE in the course of 7 months, with almost daily sex, usually would be once every couple weeks i cum, or something where it could just be a lack of sensation, i'd be more careful, but when in the course of 6 and a half months, you never once cum, you tend to not worry about things like that...
