This is quite a common problem with circumcision. If you were circumcised at birth, you've had 18 years of the head of your penis (where msot of the sensitivity is) rubbing against your underwear or trousers or whatever, it's not protected at all. Nearly two decades of constant friction will decrease nerve sensitivity.

It doesn't get desensitised through years of fucking because 1) even if you spend an hour a day fucking for 24 years (which is unrealistic but would be great) and your penis is constantly rubbing against your clothes for 24 years, you've got 24 times more penis-rubbage than they do, and 2) it's lubricated during sex and I'm guessing it's usually dry when you're just walking around, so the friction is greater.

yeah dude i have the same problem. im not as sensitive anywhere now and a couple of years ago i was VERy sensitive. coudlnt keep my hands out of my pants lol. im starting to do a few things to help regain my sensitivity.
