I'm using the cardservice international merchant service to accept payments from credit cards to my bank account. Will they know if I submit some false details and if I use this to scam people in foreign countries, what are the chances of anything happening to me?

I dont use this so dont take anything as concreat, but...

I would imagine that the service would co-opperate with all law servicses and pass on your bank detail which will include home details and the like.

As to using false detail i presume that they'll be verifyed against your back account which would be harder to open with false details.
