Went to a party last night... and there are a few things I realized.

I don't think that anyone respects women, or at least they don't want anybody to think they do. This guy, who's house we were at, he's usually a really nice guy. Straight up, has a very strict conscience, but he kept saying how "WE NEED TO GET SOME BITCHES UP IN HERE!" I can't stand it when people say "bitches" to refer to women. Since when is it cool to be sexist?

Secondly, I realized how insanely easy it would be to take advantage of a drunk girl, and how incredibly sad it is that some people live for these weekends when all they do is pass out. This chick came to the party at about 11, already drunk, with vodka that she kept taking shots of. Pretty soon, she was asking me to take her to the basement with her hands all over me. And even though I was extremely inebriated, it was sad and disgusting. So I lay her down on the couch and she passed out. What a fucking exciting life she leads.

People are disappointing right now.

I get what you're saying. It's pathetic, and kind of weird, how a lot of people- particularly girls- will party crazily without actually enjoying it. I think a lot of these girls just want to be accepted and admired, and they know that cool people enjoy getting drunk and having lots of mad sex, so they follow that script, even though they aren't really into it. That kind of person is never going to really enjoy anything (at least without the help of serious drugs) because to enjoy yourself, you have to stop thinking about what people are thinking about you. You can't have a good time while you're thinking 'Are people noticing what a good time I'm having? Does everyone know I'm cool yet?'
