She's a ex of a guy I knew, he moved. Very good looking, maybe a 9.5. Bout 5 foot, thin, dark brown hair.

She's met me once before last week, and that was when she was dating said guy, I sold her a cable for her ipod. I see her, remember this, and ask if it worked alright and whatnot. Small conversation ensues, we split to go to class.

Over the last week, she's been coming up to me randomly, once or twice a day, a convo and whatnot, all the signs of being interested, and a hug at the end, every time.

Now, this would usually be great and all, and it was for a while, except...

I found out that she's in grade 10, she just turned 16. I'm 18, putting it at the legal limit, and under my usual limit of a year down.

Now I feel a bit dirty, not knowing she was that young, and I'm reconsidering those thoughts of doing much/anything with her. I'm sure there'll be plenty of people here screaming DO IT, but then again people said they'd mess around with 5-7 year olds in that pedo thread here.

All the same, I'd like a bit of input here, I'm at odds with my existing feelings and this new information. It feels weird, but other part of me says it's both legal and very hot. Bah.

Nah, just this area, generally has a reputation for disliking anyone who goes a year or so below their age. Don't know why, but anyone who's done it (like grade 9 dating a grade 12) has become a complete outsider and looked down on, like they can't get a girl their own age.

She looks to be about 17 at least, or 18, so what they hey, I'll see where this goes *shrug* nothing to lose, I think.

2 years? That's nothing to worry about man. Even 3 years would be fine. If she was 12 and you were 18, that would've been a problem.

Well I don't know about Canada but the Canadian and Australian Legal systems are very alike, I would check up on this before I did anything there but in Australia if they are 16-17 it isn't considered pedophilia as long as the older person is with in 2 years of them so a 16 and an 18 year old should be fine, I will get some more exact details for you on the Canadian system though.

In Canada the age of consent is 14-15 depending on your province, incest is illegal although it isn't considered incest if they are more then two spaces away in your bloodline (great grandparent and grandchild), if you are between 12-13 you are legally aloud to have sex with someone born the same year as you, bestiality is illegal in all provinces (I don't remember what state but it is legal in one US state as long as they animal/person are of the opposite sex). Teachers, lifeguards, coaches, guardians, social workers and childcare workers aren't aloud to have intercourse with anyone under the age of 18 regardless of what age the person them selfs are. People 14-15 with can have sex persons under 14 as long as they are no more then 2 years younger and as long as neither is in a position of trust or authority over the other. Selling sex is legal although it is illegal to pay for sex and if you the prostitute is charged with soliciting prohibited items, the same charge as if you were dealing drugs.

Fuck what others think about your age difference, if she is hot like you say she is then go for it. If she is not hot or borderline ugly, dont go for it, too embarrassing.
