I Slipped a letter through her door saying to text me on this number from anonymous. I waited and she hasnt called or anything so I waited where I knew she would be and she walked passed pretending she didn't see me.

Shall I give up or try something else(suggest please . I can't really go up to thier door and say hi as I am a stranger.

She probably thinks you're just weird, seriously, don't slip anonymous shit under girls doors. They will most likely not call you. The best thing for you to do is see her in public and introduce yourself to her there. Do you have any friends who live in your old neighborhood? Maybe they can hook you up or at least you'll have a reason to be in that particular area. Don't stalk her though, or if you do make sure she isn't aware of it.

Hmm... if you didn't give her any hint she probably thinks you're some kind of rapist or something.
