Okay. Just to start this off, she didn't bounce from me, she is staying with her dad for a little while to avoid court (maybe it sounds like a better idea to everyone else but me).

Okay, so things were going stupid fly between her and I. She waited for me every day to get home from school (she dropped out), and I could call her at any hour and drag her out in the cold just to smoke a cigarette. She always made sure to call me before she went anywhere (most of the time anyway), and we always went to, and left places together.

Anyway, we both knew the ticked to Arizona was in the mail, so we were both trying to drop hints without the other knowing, little things like extra hugs, and dropping really important things to be with each other, and any time I would sit and relax she would immedietly drop what she was doing and sit next to me and have me put my arm around her (which I did without objection). Anything she asked for I would just look at her and say "You know why I'm doing this for you?" and she would look at me, smile, and say "Because you love me." give me a hug and whisper "I love you too".

Anyway, the last night I saw her before she bounced to Arizona for a while (supposed to be back by or before 4/10), I kept feeling like I should have done something other than hug her and say "I'll see you tomorrow morning" (we thought we had Monday to hang out). Like I should have kissed her and said "I'll miss you. I love you".

But that isn't the end of it. In desperation of not seeing her for a while, I jotted a letter down real quick, printed it out, and put it on her door. I'm not sure if she got it, if her mom got it, or some douche took it off the door. But I think she got it. I did the stupid thing and verified that I DO love her, more than she thinks, enclosed a contact card with all my emails, my website, and my phone numbers. Up until today when she called and I wasn't home, I thought she got the letter, got turned off by how I love her, and didn't want jack shit to do with me. But I wasn't home, my dad told her about how I got busted stealing from a gas station Tuesday, and when she concernedly asked how I was doing after getting caught, he told her I missed her and that prolly contributed to me stealing (way to guilt trip her). I really was venting a little grief, but she isn't the reason. I wish I could have talked to her, because I wanted to talk about the letter a little bit.

Now for when she comes back, what do you think I should do? She likes to party, so buying a bottle and a dub sack would be completely within an acceptable answer. But I want to do something special with her before we just start getting fucked up. When I first see her should I embrace her, kiss her, tell her I missed her, what? This sucks. Thanks in advance

Shes the kind of chick that isn't easily interpeted. Her and I could be inches from each other, just gazing in each other's eyes, lean in for a kiss and after it happens she would be like "What the fuck are you doing.. .. .." and I'm just like "WTF.. .. .." and then all of the sudden things are cool again. 1) Court stays with you for a looong time. You can't escape, especially nothing more serious, and especially not by hiding out in a nearby state.

2) What's there to talk about man? Don't sweat it. Send her insignificant little hellos and sappy e-cards a couple of times a week. Really, 4/10 (FOUR TEN, WHOO, LET'S ONLY GET HALF-BAKED) isn't too far off, and you'll most likely survive fine.

Why is it seemingly so hard to stay out of the legal system? I'm 37, and haven't been there so far. Haven't even had a traffic ticket.

Embrace her, kiss her, tell her you missed her... and give her some small but romantic gift? Then smoke her out, if that's what she likes, & take her somewhere she likes to eat.

first off, don't sweat it. that letter probably didn't fuck anything up at all, hell it probably made her quite happy. she just didnt get a chance to call till recently.

Sounds Logical. Be chill about.. .. cool cool. It would be kinda cool just to be able to stand outside a smoke a square with her again. Smoking alone sucks and seems like a waste of time and smokes.

Alright. From what I gather, you don't know if she got your letter professing eternal and undying love, and you dont' know how to treat her when she gets back to you?

...Were you dating before, or just friends, who kept hugging and saying that you loved each other? I mean really. This sound like one of those situations where both parties know the other is interested and they just let it progress without even letting the other person know. I suggest just getting to her as soon as she gets back, (we can assume that she didn't get all your contact info if she hasn't called you... she sounds like she would) and then telling her everything you wanted to say when you realized she was going to go.

But in response to your OP, you should probably just go for a nice, long, walk, and talk about life, and kiss her, hug her, tell her you love her, take her out to dinner, and go back to your place to do whatever turns her crank (and by that I mean sex).

If you visited her, that would be about the best thing to do I would think. It'd be sweet and devoted and whatnot. She'd definitely like it. Is it her choice to be down there for two months, or is it something that just kinda happened?

Well, her dad called her about 3 weeks before she left, and offered to bring her down there for a while, and the way it sounds she hasn't seen him in a while, so it was her choice, and it kinda happened. Also like in the OP, shes avoiding court.
