Long version:

Saint-Paddy’s day, met a hot chick, she wanted to dance. Ok fine, she ‘taught’ me the two step, then a while later I asked her to dance. She put me on the spot and told me to lead, so I went to ‘slow dance’ with her. Song ends 2 seconds later, next song is some rap shit, and bam there goes my chance as I can’t dance to that and some dude she was with basically takes over.

I’m unable to dance even drunk cause I think that I dance like a lady. I know the women like dance, any suggestions as to how to either learn to dance/overcome my fear.

Short version:

I was cocked-blocked cause I can’t dance cause I think all my ‘dance moves’ are for women. Fucken help me.

If your suggestion is drink more, then thanks, doesn’t work. Already tried it.

That my problem is I have like some kind of mental blocker that keeps me from being able to do so. When I'm drunk it falls under my stuid shit blocker which prevents me from making an ass of myself. So inessence how do I remove dancing from this blocked 'list'.

However few times ive been asked to dance and ive been very very drunk ive just started making out with them to avoid the dancing part. That seemed to work quite well i mean if they ask to dance they must fancy you a bit.

Just go home alone, put on some upbeat dance music (for example, I'm listening to 'Breathe' by 'Prodigy' right now and dance in front of the mirror.

I even embarrassed myself when I started but now I'm half decent!
