K, i'm supposed to deploy to iraq next week, and my wife and 9 month old son left to go home the monday before last, she made it okay and everything so that was a relief. The problem is I'm going to combat and might not come back and she is acting like she doesn't care (well, its all tone of voice and additude, she hasn't said it) like she never really talks, but she is at my parents house, so I'm not worried about anything going on. do you think she is just trying to make life easier on her self by trying to get used to me not being there, or I dunno, I am having trouble dealing with this, that's all. My question is how can I too get used to her not being there, cuz all I do is spend all my time off work on Totse and thinking about my wife and son. I need a hobby, ideas?

Learn how to masturbate. Don't use a picture of her either (I assume you wouldn't think about a picture of your son, so I don't mention not keeping a picture of him); it might make it easier but you'll be attaching thoughts of her to a hobby you want to use to forget about her. Keep practicing your hobby until you're used to not having your wife and son around.

Good advise, tried it...hasn't worked well yet due to being sort of depressing...by the way for anyone else reading this, if you think about joining the military, slap yourself, get your friends to slap you, and go get a stripper to slap you...you will be healed after that
