For a week. She says there's too much stress in her life right now. What am I supposed to feel right now? I'm worried, so much to the point that it's making me physically sick. I guess I'm just not sure what to do right now.

Methinks she just wants some alone time to gather up some thoughts. And after shes had that time to herself things might just be better then even. Wait it out. No point worrying yourself man. It's easy to say I know just do your best.

I'd be surprised if you didn't go a week without seeing one another on a regular basis.

Just give her a week dude. She'll come back to you, dont worry. I know it really sucks but im going through the same thing right now. It makes me sick and makes me worry like hell but you know what, if you love her like you mentioned before you do just give her small space, but make sure its not forever.

Breaks are bullshit, she just wants to be tapped by more guys.

We live 500 miles apart, and I'm in the process of preparing to move in with her.

Breaks are the easy pre-curser to breaking up. I've never met someone who ACTUALLY thought they should go on a break and then seriously get back together. In fact, every single time I've seen anyone go on a break, it was the most painless way to ease into breaking up/ fucking other people. And on that note I've also never seen anyone on a break stay faithful to their ex-partner.

Well, at least she defined a period for the "break."

Not much you can do but wait a week and see what happens. Hell, get laid by somebody else during that week, you'll feel better.
