Ok. Situation update. For those of you who saw my first thread about a week ago, my ex was raped and I went to a trusted teacher for help in the situation.

New Stuff:

First and foremost, she was called to her administrator's office friday. she told him and the present cop that she made the whole thing up.

She called me tonight and told me it happened again yesterday. Around 4:30, the guy told her to go somewhere at 7:30. She did. He raped her. Again.

Now, I fully understand the rapist often has an extreme level of control over his/her victim. And i fully understand that my ex is kind of stupid and immature. However, I now strongly believe she did in fact make all of this up.

My reasons for such a bold assumption is such. Every time she started crying, i heard her audibly wince in pain. Yes, a rapist could have hurt her. But every time she cried it sounded like she was hurting herself to achieve that result. Also, after the conversation was winding down (i made sure she's going to someone, she doesn't believe its her fault, etc.) i tried getting off the phone several times. Each time, she had some sort of outcry to keep me on the phone. It makes me think she's doing this just for attention. My attention, more specifically.

Why in the hell would someone lie about being raped? I hate attention whores as is, but that is going way too fucking far.

Oh, and i've got no one to go to this time. She told the resource at the forefront of my mind that she was lying. I dunno what I should do at this point. Advice?

Confront her and tell her you never want to talk to her again.

She embarrased you, no? She's an attention whore, no? Tell her to stop calling you, then maybe one day she'll get raped, and will understand to not joke about it.

Infact, go write a childrens book about the girl who cried rape. People need to understand you don't lie about shit like that!

This happened with my best friend, I only found out after I beat up her cousin. You can imagine I was pissed as shit (considering he was twice my size and a dude) that I knocked him out so blindly. I suggest confronting her about her attention issues, therapy?
